It is essential that both body and spirit remain stable.
ⅰ 身体を器と化す
器となるには、些細な悩み、身体的な不安など一切あってはならない。また、音以外の事を意識した時点で器の対象とはならない。自身の肉体と精神が安定している事が重要である。

Focus and nothingness are similar yet different. But beyond deep concentration lies the void.
Moving toward nothingness becomes the chant
Focus itself is the gateway into the world of sound, and thus becomes the chant.
However, when the music is familiar, the path ahead can be foreseen, making the void difficult to reach.
ⅱ 無に向かう事が詠唱となる
集中と無は、似て非なる。しかし深く集中したその先に「無」が存在する。集中こそが音の世界への入口であり詠唱となる。但し知っている音楽では意識的に先が見えてしまう為、無になる事は困難だ。

In the world of sound, life does not exist. Thus, breath is the key. For the final synchronization, body and breath must align. Possession occurs in the moment breath is forgotten.
